Month of
Planning
Our month-of services will allow you to be at ease on the day of your wedding and leave the orchestration and tough decisions to our professionals. We will begin correspondence with all vendors one month prior to the event and will create an itinerary for all those involved. Bellafare will also provide the wedding party with "Wedding Notes" to make sure that everyone has all pertinent information such as phone numbers, transportation itineraries and arrival/departure times. We will coordinate and oversee all wedding components, starting with the ceremony rehearsal and ending with the breakdown of the reception.
Partial
Planning
Partial planning is a customized package for the bride and groom who can handle the majority of the planning but need direction and assistance in certain areas. While it includes our Month-of services, we also help with 2-4 vendors of your choosing, design, budget and have unlimited correspondence with the bride and groom.
Full
Planning
Our full planning package starts with our initial planning meeting with the bride and groom and ends with on-site full day-of coverage for your wedding. We will be there to assist with venue selection, vendor referrals, contract negotiations, design aesthetics, and every other detail. It is our goal to make this day the most memorable and enjoyable day of your life.
Partial and Full Service
Whether you are hosting an anniversary party, a company holiday party, or a charity gala, Bellafare is committed to helping you create a memorable event. We are always willing to tailor our services to meet your needs, be it a customized partial package or full planning.
Lifestyle
Bellafare offers consulting services for whatever additional planning you may need at the time of your event or at any time during your busy schedule. Some of our services include: a weekend schedule of activities for those traveling to your event, a golf outing for your groomsmen, a wine tasting for your bridesmaids or any further accommodations that you or your guests may require.
